Executive Head Chef Chris Allison and his team serve delicious food, using fresh local produce in the Seafood and Grill restaurant.

Chris has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry. Starting training at the Newcastle Marriott Gosforth Park and Heathcoates in Leeds, Chris went on to several high quality establishments in Manchester, Scotland and London before returning to the North East, where he was awarded two Rosettes while Head Chef at Treacle Moon.
